These terms govern your use of clarix.mu. They do not govern the work we do for clients — that is covered by a signed agreement.

Who operates this site

This website is operated by ClarixConsulting Ltd, a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Mauritius on 28 July 2026 under company number 237471, with its registered office at Ave Astrolabe, Albion, Republic of Mauritius. We trade as Clarix, and through two divisions, Clarix IT and Clarix AI.

The content on this site

Everything here is provided for general information. It describes the kind of work we do and how we think about it, but it is not technical, legal or financial advice for your particular situation, and it does not constitute a binding offer of service. Prices, service descriptions and availability may change without notice.

We write about real problems and cite our sources where we can, but we cannot guarantee that every article stays accurate as software, pricing and threats change. Do not act on an article alone where the stakes are material — ask us, or ask your own adviser.

Service agreements

Managed IT retainers and automation projects are governed by the individual agreement signed with each client, including its scope, service levels, pricing and termination terms. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement prevails. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or any obligation on either side.

Intellectual property

The Clarix name, the Clarix IT and Clarix AI names, the logos and the text, photography and code of this site belong to ClarixConsulting Ltd, except where a third party is credited. You are welcome to quote from our articles with attribution and a link. Republishing an article in full, or using our names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership, requires our written permission.

Links to other sites

Our articles link to sources and vendor documentation. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. Nothing here creates a service level for the website itself; the service levels we commit to are those in a client's signed agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Mauritian law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out separately in our privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
